Kastelli House is a labour of love. Built 2 years ago in a beautiful olive grove in the North East of Corfu above Nissaki. It has been crafted in the traditional style with locally quarried stones, marble and limestone. It is an immaculate new house. Open, spacious, calm and cool. Walk out onto the terraces which overlook the sea and follow the coast all the way to Corfu town, Albania and the Greek mainland. The views are quite breathtaking and have been described by one friend as one of the wonders of the world.
All the rooms are large and light filled yet the most amazing thing about Kastelli is the absolute privacy and peace. The house is totally hidden and not overlooked. There are many hide away areas offering total seclusion. The upper level has a loggia for shade, relaxation and dining. The swimming pool is on a terrace below, and there are two other levels of terracing, one offering a vast open plan separate pool lounge with fridge, games and reading area.
3 double bedrooms, one with an additional sofa bed, 2 bathrooms on the top floor and 2 further bathrooms and outside shower. Kastelli also has a large screen room, WiFi and satellite TV.
Split level, open plan living/kitchen area (dishwasher, large cooker and oven) CD player with wireless Bose sound system. All bedrooms air conditioned.

The house was built by Corfiot builder and engineer Yiannis Kakarantzas - yianniskakarantzas@yahoo.com using stones and marble from the local quarry. Other materials were sourced locally and we have a sisterna to collect and recycle the rainwater.
